A Complete Linux Curriculum:

IAPS assists clients to offer the Linux curriculum they need and to enhance learning efficiency. We are able to integrate self study, on-line training and other modes of instruction, from multiple sources, with customized instructor led education for local or remote delivery. We assist clients to seamlessly integrate Linux instruction with product training, in-house IT, Security and Software Engineering courses and "external" seminars and tutorials. IAPS also offers a full range of Enterprise Education Consulting and Technical Training Support Services including training needs assessment and CBT development.

IAPS is participating in a periodic survey of Linux training firms. These nationwide surveys are conducted by the institutional equity research firm, FTN Midwest (formerly FTN Midwest Research), and the results are incorporated into their reports on Red Hat Linux and other software industry companies. In addition to our work with the business community, IAPS is also helping to train new Linux users through partnerships with Linux organizations such as 4noob.org in France.

Training at IAPS:

Advanced technical training has been the primary service of IAPS since our inception in 1977. We understand the "business" of training -- what works, as well as what doesn't. Most of our training programs are instructor led, on-site, and customized as needed. When we plan a training program for a client, we consider the potential role of mentoring, on-the-job training, media-based or computer assisted self study, or a combination of these training modes in addition to our instructor led courses. We assist our clients to optimize the overall cost and effectiveness of their training investment.
